These terms ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but occasionally a stock discrepancy may occur. In such cases, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding the out-of-stock items to either await restocking or process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping. The listed price is the final shipping cost for the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

We accept returns due to a change of mind if requested within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.

Refunds for returned items will be processed as store credit. The value of the goods will be refunded, but any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns

We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which we will reimburse for successful warranty claims.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your warranty claim within 7 days. If approved, you will receive the option of:

  • A refund to your payment method
  • Store credit
  • A replacement item (if available)

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments are typically in transit for 2 – 7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments are usually in transit for 4 – 22 days, depending on the selected courier.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

You may request an address change anytime before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only; courier services are unavailable for these addresses.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses via USPS but cannot use courier services for these addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

In-stock items will be dispatched immediately. Any remaining items will be shipped once back in stock.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us for an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment progress with updates from the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged during transit, please reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered without your presence, reach out to customer service for next steps.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value.

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.
